Bill Rice

Bill is the president of Laurel Highlands Financial Services (LHFS) Management, Inc., and the general partner of Laurel Highlands Financial Services, LP. He founded LHFS in 1995 and today has more than two decades of financial services experience. He is a FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, a FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal, and an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. Bill has also been awarded the professional designations of Registered Financial Consultant® (RFC®) and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®). In addition, he is licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance in Pennsylvania.

Bill is a member of the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, Bill is a Paul Harris Fellow, as well as an FAA-licensed pilot.

Eric E. Elek, CFP®

Eric is the founder and president of Elek Wealth Management, LLC, and has been a Registered Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network® (member FINRA/SIPC) since 2001. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Eric was a registered representative with The Advisors Group.

Eric is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional holding FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations, and is life, health and accident insurance licensed. Eric helps high-net-worth individuals design a financial plan that is tailored to their unique situation while managing investable assets in a broadly diversified manner.

Eric graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in finance. While at Texas A&M, he was a nationally ranked tennis player on the Aggie tennis team. The relationships that were initially created at A&M gave Eric the opportunity to build a strong client base in Texas to complement his Western Pennsylvania client base. Along with tennis, Eric and his wife, Elizabeth, and son, Henrik, love to explore the great outdoors of Western Pennsylvania, with their primary residence in Ligonier. Elizabeth and Henrik also enjoy the opportunities to accompany Eric on his regularly scheduled trips to Texas to visit friends and family.

Terri Lynn

Terri Lynn has been with Laurel Highlands Financial Services since 2012.  She is the Client Relationship Manager. 

Terri Lynn is a graduate of Cambria-Rowe Business College with an associate degree.  She previously worked at Meyersdale Community Hospital in the Medical Transcription Department.  Terri Lynn then started a family and wanted to be at home, and she opened an in-home daycare.  Once her children were all in school, she went to work for Mid-Continent Insurance Company/White Pine Insurance Company.  Terri Lynn started in the mailroom and worked her way up the ladder to an underwriter. 

Terri Lynn and her husband, Chad, live in Hyndman.  They have 5 boys, Nick, Kyle, Zac, Drew and Chaz as well as 7 grandchildren, Conner, Haleigh, Aubrey, Kaleb, Waylon, Colson and Crew.   She enjoys spending time with her family any chance she gets. 

Holly Mowrey

Holly started a 35-year banking career with Mellon Bank in 1976. She moved to Ligonier in 1979 to further her banking career and for 20 years worked as a community branch manager for Citizens Bank.

In the three years prior to joining Elek Wealth Management in 2015, Holly was the Executive Director of the Ligonier Valley Chamber of Commerce serving as a representative of the community. An advocate for the Chamber, Holly planned and implemented many events that Ligonier is known and loved for. Before being appointed Executive Director, Holly sat on the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

Holly previously served on the Board of Directors of the Ligonier Valley YMCA, the Local Advisory Committee of the Eastern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center, the Latrobe Industrial Consortium, and a committee member of the Professional Development Committee and the RAMS (Recognizing Amazing Merchants and Students) Committee of the Ligonier Valley School District. As an active member of the Ligonier Rotary Club, Holly served as Treasurer, Vice President and President in 2021. Holly is also the Interact Club liaison with the Ligonier Valley School District.

Holly and her husband, Jerry, live in Ligonier Township. Holly’s son, Nash Paulin and Grandson, Lincoln, reside nearby. She enjoys spending time with her family at their camp in Jefferson County.
